At Tazewell Floor Covering, all of our installers are company employees.

What does this mean?

At other companies or with independent contractors, the customer is dealing with people who are paid by the piece on the job. That means they will do the installation as fast as possible, and many corners are usually cut. These corner-cutting techniques don't typically show up right away. Problems usually occur 1 or 2 years later, when it is difficult to get that installer back to your home to honor his workmanship.

At Tazewell Floor Covering, every project is dealt with by the owners so the customer is assured quality. At Tazewell Floor Covering, there is a storefront and a face to deal with any questions the customer may have.
